What This Means to Me as H.O.G. Philippines Regional Director?


I find myself reflecting on what it truly means to stand before the founding members and officers of Ladies of Harley Philippines Chapter and formally declare this chapter founded.


As the H.O.G. Philippines Regional Director, this is more than an induction. It is a responsibility. When I said, “You carry with you the responsibility of establishing the culture, character, and spirit of this chapter,” I was also reminding myself of the responsibility that comes with leadership.


Leadership is not simply about being in front. It is about walking alongside the people we serve. The creation of Ladies of Harley Philippines Chapter represents something bigger than motorcycles and riding. It is about creating a community where women can ride with confidence, build friendships, discover new destinations, overcome challenges, and inspire one another. It is about creating a culture where every woman feels welcome, respected, empowered, and inspired.


For me, this is the heart of H.O.G. leadership. My role is not to tell this chapter what it should become. My role is to help create the environment where its founding officers and members can shape its identity, build its traditions, and leave a legacy for the women who will ride after them. The road ahead will bring challenges. But I hope that every challenge makes this chapter stronger, every ride strengthens friendships, and every destination creates memories that will last a lifetime.


And when new members eventually join Ladies of Harley Philippines, I hope they will feel what we intended from the very beginning:

That they belong.

That they are respected.

That they are empowered.

And that they are part of something meaningful.


As Regional Director, I am honored to witness the beginning of this journey and even more honored to walk alongside you.
